The Government of Punjab has announced vacancies for Potential Teachers under the STG Program for Non-Formal Education. Seats are available in 15 districts of Punjab, and both male and female candidates from these districts can apply. This is an excellent scheme by the Government of Punjab for females. It is a great opportunity, especially for those women who belong to remote areas. They can start a school while staying at home and earn an income. Terms and Conditions
- Teachers will be hired on a one-year contract basis. If their performance is satisfactory, the project may be extended. Candidates will be posted within their own union council of residence.
- In these vacancies, 60% of the quota is reserved for females and 40% for males.
- The last date to submit applications is May 7, 2026.
