Pakistan army provides golden opportunity to individuals by offering multiple jobs for qualified citizens of Pakistan. Individuals with specific education career can join Pak army and make their career brighter than aver. Currently Pakistan army is offering jobs as Aeronautical Engineer through direct short service commission.
Pakistan Army is looking for individuals who want to serve their nation residing on a higher rank. Individuals who got selected through direct short service commission can enjoy the rank of caption after their selection. Different corps are announced by army to join as engineer including corps of signals, corps of electrical and mechanical engineer.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only male candidates with 28 years of age limit can apply.
- Applying candidates can be married or unmarried.
- Minimum height requirement is 5 feet 4 inches and their body weight must be normal according to BMI.
- Candidates graduated from HEC or universities accepted by HEC are eligible to apply.
- No 3rddivision or grade D is acceptable in any degree. Only one second division is acceptable.
Qualification:
Corps of Signals
- BE/BS in software engineering preferably MS in computer science.
- BE in information security or cyber security.
Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers
- BE in aerospace engineering
- BE in avionics engineering
- BE in electrical engineering
- BE in mechanical engineering
Registration and Selection Procedure:
- Candidates can apply through internet or by visiting nearest army selection center.
- Intelligence test consisting of multiple choice questions will be held by army after registration process is compete.
- Initial medical test will also be conducted by army selection center.
- Following test will be taken during preliminary selection to check physical strength : 1.6Km race, pushups, chin ups, and sit ups.
